California Air Resources Board (CARB)has a new E-Bike Purchase Incentive plan

According to the article, the $10 million program provides vouchers to California residents to help them afford an e-bike.

Complete Streets Policies   WI Bike Fed on   1/1/2023

Wisconsin repealed its complete streets policy.

According to the article, in 2009, Wisconsin became the 19th state in the country to adopt a statewide Complete Streets Policy.  In July of 2015, Chapter Trans 75 was removed from the state registry.
